| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to determine the impact of training Albleomterc on time and the distance traveled and rate of stride length during the first ten steps the first of the effectiveness of enemy 100 m, was assumed to researchers and the existence of significant differences between pretest and post at a time, mileage, average stride length of the ten steps first and for the post test. The researchers used experimental method for the suitability nature of the research problem is either the sample was selected in the manner intentional and are junior Basra to the effectiveness of 100 m was test pilot on the (2) of the runners, who were tested tribal to the research variables and then the application of training curriculum for them to introduce training Albleomterc in the curriculum and after the testing dimensional Vtm process data statistically and presented, analyzed and discussed in terms reached researchers to conclusions and that is that the training curriculum proposed impact positively on the time and distance and average stride length of 10 steps first, as well as evolved variables by using the training curriculum proposed extraction rate of evolution was Aaltoala distance of the 10 steps to 4.76% stride length and rate of either 4.63% of the 10 time of the first steps was the development rate of 1.92%. | ||
