Abstract
The 1st section contained of the research introduction and its importance ,that the two researcher discussed the modern methods which contributed to gain some of the movement and skills specifications .and the problem of the research was in the lack in the using of the modern methods ,especially in the foot ball ,for that the two researcher considered to preparation composite exercises within the training style ,and the research aimed to using exercises to gain the fitness characteristic and the skillfulness in the football rolling .the 2nd section is clarify the training style , fitness and the football rolling. And was chosen the training curriculum to fit the nature of the problem .in the 4th section the researcher was look over on the results which reached by ,and discussion its and the evolution in it ; supported that with the scientific references and sources .in the 5th section the researcher concluded that the exercise as per the training style have positive effect to gain the fitness character and the skill of the football rolling for the 2nd stage of the intermediate school in football and recommended to considerate composite exercises according to the training style within the curriculum of the intermediate school students.
