| Abstract | ||
| This research generally intended to identify on some of the mechanical values of smash skill in volleyball for the students of the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Dohuk, by giving them a workout, according to the biomechanics foundations and principles and depending on the division of students into experimental groub and control groub the introduction of a training educational program for the purpose of preparing them, according to their physical abilities and skills . The researcher used the experimental method on two groups of students, Group D the experimental (10 )students and the control group B ( 10 )students were excluded who can not afford to continue the program students. The researcher have been using vedio recording by using 2 camera their speed (25 images per second) for imaging pre and post and then then analyze the spike skill was applied educational method on the experimental group from the date of 12 / 1-10 / 3-2014 and by two units a week for eight weeks and a total of 16 units, while the control group continue the same routine educational method, for statistics used mean and standard deviation of the differences T for associated samples using the statistical package SPSS the researcher find the following conclusions:- That there were significant differences between the experimental group and control group for the experimental group in the post tests of spike skill , which included knee angle, hip, right shoulder and the high of the central of body weight and the depth of the arc back and angle of departure, aviation and the time period and the vertical distance between the took up and took down, and this shows us applied to the experimental sample tutorial effectiveness , finally researcher recommends using the proposed special exercises to develop and improve the performance of this skill according to the exercises given | ||
