| Abstract | ||
| 1- The book (Rising the Religion Sciences) by Hujat Al Islam (Imam AboHamid Al Ghazali (Allah mercy him)) considers one of the precious diamonds that inlayed the Islamic thinking crown. 2- The book considered one of the useful books in the Islamic library , where it consists great benefits, huge uses and unique uses . 3- Al Ghazali (Allah mercy him) gathered in this book what were divided in another books, and he talked about the absentFiqh in this time, it is the hearts’ Fiqh. 4- Thus it became a substantial pillar in the legal sciences high structure. | ||
