Abstract
Through the natural elements of the state of Niger, specially the location problem from which it surfers. The character is lacking and retarded of most of the sectors of economics have increased the problems in reaching to the international markets and the seas. Perhaps the nature of this location and the modesty of its capabilities have imposed a pattern of international affairs with the neighbor countries in cooperation and stability.
