| Appeal decisions of the estimate of work injuries in accordance with the provisions of the Jordanian Social Security Act. This study discussed a subject of great importance to the practical level, namely, to challenge the decisions of assessment work injuries, issued in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Act, through the three sections discussed in the first, the concept of work-related injury in the second part, the appeal of the administrative decisions of the assessment work injuries examined in the third, including the appeal judicial decisions of the assessment work injury, the study showed that this matter is still uncertain given the lack of specialized studies and the absence of an integrated legal system of the subject also found a number of recommendations concerning the status of specific provisions for appeal against decisions of the assessment work injuries at both the administrative or judicial | ||
