| We've been studying the international zone through be defined as the seabed and ocean floor and outside the territorial jurisdiction of the states. The region went through a long phase of its establishment in order to invest the bottoms of seas and oceans to benefit humanity as a whole, describing controls and principles for the exploitation of this region have been deemed to constitute a body of the United Nations to oversee the management of this region and invested named (international power) to benefit humanity as a whole and take advantage of the natural wealth and resources the living and non-living to raise the standard of living in all parts of the world, especially in poor countries that do not have resources positioned to cope with the scientific, technical and technological in all spheres of life progress | ||
