| A search on the five-door, where demonstrated the importance of research to determine the impact of the training Alvartlk in the development of general endurance and private sectors and some of the variables for the two rotation and breathe through the use of tests and measurements by ultrasound device that gives us a lot of scientific implications as well as the role of these exercises on the hormone cortisol in addition to prove that these exercises (Alvartlk) is consistent with the mass games either research problem was lack of diversity in the exercises by football coaches as well as the impact of these exercises on different organs of the body.Research Objectives .Prepare a training curriculum Balvartlk for football players to develop public and private endurance. 2. to identify the differences between the tests and measurements before and after the curriculum of control groups. 3-identify the measurement of cortisol before and after the voltage before and after the curriculum and two 4- to identify the differences between the tests and measurements after the curriculum between the experimental and control groups for the variables under study. Research hypotheses 1. there were no significant differences between the tests and measurements before and after the curriculum in the public and private endurance and variables under study for the two experimental and control group and in favor of test and measurement posttest. 2. there were no significant differences between the tests and measurements after the curriculum between the two groups in the variables under study. 3. The existence of significant differences to measure the voltage after the hormone cortisol after the curriculum between the two groups . The key findings of the research conclusions are 1-harmony and appropriate training Alvartlk for football players to develop public and private endurance. 2.
