| ABSTRUCT This paper discusses the role of The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) during non-international armed cnflicts. Such conflicts cause the involved states huge sufferings as they (the conflicts) leave severe damages with the victims physically and morally. In the essay, the concept of international organisations has been considered in addition to debating non-international armed conflicts.Moreover, adefinition for the ICRC and its emergence have been given. Finally, we have shown the ICRCs task and its jurisdictions during non-international armed coflicts. | ||
