| Play the role of a sensitive competitive advantage in different regions, so searching local and international communities today that feature inherent in the (economic resources regionally endemic) and that makes it a state of (excellence and exclusivity) than others from other regions. Launched the current study class basis of the idea of studying the impact of resources and economic potential of the regional in promoting and raising the competitiveness of the industrial activities of endemic where spatially on the grounds that regions compete with each other through (projects industrial endemic within the space where I am certain) and affects the competitiveness factors presidents: firstly environmental factors Interior of industrial activity studied and of the elements of the production of the three (labor, machinery, intermediate goods) which are collectively known among economists and Almkhttian elements of production efficiency and the second factor: it is the coefficient of endemism industrial (LQ) depending on the number of employees concentrated spatially in a particular region (the province). Therefore, the aim of the research is centered in the diagnosis of the elements of the internal environment and the competitiveness of the Company for Textile Industries in the city of Kut, depending on the efficiency indicators productivity (labor productivity, machinery, intermediate goods) and the external environment Mthmthelh factor Site (LQ) and indicators of competitiveness (the size of the costs, the proportion of use of design capacity).
