| Abstract | ||
| The scarcity of water resources in Arab region dues to its dry and semidry climate, indicates a water crisis with increasing population growth and increasing demand for water and decreasing the trend of water resource .Most of water resources in Arab world come from other countries most of them are not Arabic . In addition to this there are many attempts from these countries to invest in these water resources which would effect on the availability of this resource of Arab countries in general and Iraq in particular. Iraq is facing great challenges in its efforts to achieve its food security, and the most important problem which impedes the food Security is the water resource problem | ||
