| Abstract | ||
| An experiment was conducted in the field of the alshoweba region of grarmat ali in Basrah city during spring season of 2011-2012 in clay soil texture, to study the effect of three irrigation levels included 100% EP ,75% EP and 50% EP interacted with alteration factor represented by selective combinations of three discharges (2,10,18)L/h in fact twelve treatments. Maize (Zea mays L.) Class 106 was used as an indicator of the growth and production. The level irrigation the %75 EP showed improvement in some physical properties with significant increase in values of the mean weight diameter compared with levels 50% EP and 100% EP of the soil to season start, then it referred to that significant increase in values of the MWD of increase irrigation levels(50¬-100%)EP in the season end. Whoever drip irrigation maintained the soil structure as a result of significant increased in the values of average weighted diameter compared surface irrigation. | ||
