| Abstract | ||
| This study was conducted to determine the effect of spraying Olive leaves with boron ( 0 , 5 , 10 ) Mg. L-1 and Naphthalene acetic acid ( 0 , 500 , 1000 ) Mg. L-1 with their interactions, with the effect of two Olive cultivars (Khudeiry and Sorany) of plant extracts with procedure a detection of active substances in the extract . The results showed contain extract of olive’s leaves and stems for both cultivars (Khudeiry and Sorany) of active compounds ( phenols , flavonoids , soaps , tannins , amino acids , sugars and resins ), on the other hand Spraying with boron and naphthalene lead to a significantly increase in the plant’s extraction content , for both of leave and stem , spraying a concentration of 5 Mg.L-1 of boron and ( 500 , 1000 ) Mg.L-1 naphthalene given high ratio in all concentrations compared with the other factors . Khudeiry showed more effect than Sorany in increasing content of extractions dissolved in ethanol - gasoline for each of the leaves and stems , while Sorany have more extractions dissolved in hot water for each of the leaves and stems , the bilateral and trilateral interactions of the factors studied a significant effect is evident on the indicators. | ||
