Abstract
Find targeted study limitation extension work in Salahaddin province, the determinants and prepared a questionnaire to collect the data required for research and is composed of two parts First Section included some personal factors such as staff (Age, educational ievels, number of years of Extension, commissioning administrative, altitude towards agricultural extension, sources of information) while ensuring the second section (35) is represented extension work selectors, data were collected from 106 employees representing 40% of the research population. And use several means for statistical analysis of data such as (Range, standard deviation, Pearson cotelletion, Spearman correiation, the regression model). The results showed a correlation relationship between the determinants of extension work in Salahaddin province, and all studied factors regression analysis showed that the sources of information most influential factor on the guiding determinants of work. The researchers recommend working on the introduction of staff training sessions or to send outside the country to increase their knowledge in the field of extension work .
