Abstract

Accordingly, research has included four chapters, the first chapter contains the research problem and its significance and objectives of the research and its borders, and then selecting the terminology. It was concluded from this chapter a set of indicators as the results of public research, were adopted in the analysis process to separate procedural. The fourth chapter has put up the results of the field research, conclusions and proposals and recommendations.
