| Abstract Focused research problem in that the players levels decrease as they get in the performance shown by the low speed performance and therefore the points collected on each machine adversely affected, so attribute researchers decline in the level of the non-muscle working ability or shared the performance on the face of the accumulation of lactic acid thus, the most prominent is affected negatively transfer electrical signal by acetylcholine process. So the researchers to solve this problem by preparing special training to withstand anaerobic performance and study its impact on the concentration of lactic enzyme acetylcholine esterase acid in order to improve the standard of sports in this sport. The study aimed to identify the effect of training your anaerobic to withstand the performance of the players Diwaniya Club in gymnastics ages 13-16 years, as well as to identify your anaerobic training lactic enzyme acid acetylcholine esterase concentration among players Diwaniya Club Gymnastics ages 13-16 years effect. The researchers used to achieve the objectives of research and experimental approach is the same group on the research community, which included players exert Diwaniya Club Gymnastics aged (13-16 years) for the season (2013-2014) totaling (5) players to the study of search variables, which included of the physical side to bear the performance side biochemical and of lactic acid and enzyme acetylcholine esterase, and required a study of these variables and the presence of its own tests so the researchers prepare a bicycle physical effort of the arms test. The researchers conducted tests of tribal test bike physical effort of the arms were withdrawn blood samples before working on the bike and after the completion of the performance of the six stages. The most important conclusion which is the impact of the anaerobic training in the development of a positive bearing performance of the sample individuals Therefore researcher recommends the adoption of anaerobic training prepared by the researcher in detail for the purpose of developing a recipe bearing performance for the age group (13-16) years | ||
