| (Abstract) Ottoman Empire created in the state of Algeria staff who manage its affairs on behalf of the Ottomans, who identified their functions and was mostly soldiers Alancksharien, but these soon engaged in Algerian society and coexist with him, and became them their own interests and participated people there in their business and their trades until it became their property and provinces and the interests they manage to order provide for a living. The manifestations of coexistence between the staff of the Ottomans and the Algerians that Tsaheroa among them, grew up in Algeria homogeneous social system, but this does not prevent the emergence of differences between the layers of Algerian society and of cases of divorce and other social problems, which often affect the community. In addition, the Algerian society has lived a kind of economic development unchanged Like other Ottoman States, as the Ottoman Empire focused on the development of the Algerian economy through interest in agricultural land and attention to commercial side, which has provided the Algerian community livelihoods. | ||
