Abstract
Abstract the research problem is the decline in some levels of through the study of some alkinmetekih variables in the stage before and after the upgrade effectiveness in the triple jump The objective of this research is to identify the alkinmetekih variables in the phase values before and after the upgrading of the accomplishment of the effectiveness of the triple jump, while the research method, the researcher used descriptive approach the relational manner relations. The research community understand the sample of students from the first phase of the Faculty of Physical Education, University of AL-Qadisiyah for the academic year (2014-2015) totaling (118) Students then research sample was selected randomly and the manner lottery, which represent two divisions are (e-f) totaling (44) students after the exclusion of repeaters and teachers, where he became the number (38) studentsWas presented tables in Part IV, the findings it was concluded researcher cruising speed affect after moving up the achievement significant impact and therefore the higher the speed of starting the distance horizontal and thus achieve higher achievement of successful attempts, but recommendations investment variables mechanical bio major impact on achievement.
