The study showed high efficiency of both bacterial isolation Bacillus subtilis and water extraction of dry bulb Allium sativum and chemical fungicide Ridomil – MZ- 50 in control of damping–off of Okra caused by fungus Pythium aphanidermatum, germination percentage in bacterial isolation B. subtilis treatment significantly increased to(89%) compared with other treatment when it reached to(75,77)% in chemical fungicide Ridomil – MZ- 50 and water extraction of dry bulb A. sativum respectively, germination percentage of control treatment was reduced significantly to 49%.
Data cleared that bacterial isolation suspension, water extraction of dry bulb A. sativum, chemical fungicide were positive in reducing the post-emergence damping-off to (10.5, 12.7, 14.2) % and each one differed significantly with control treatment that reached to 89.5%.
Data test cleared condensation finding of B. subtilis in rhizospher was 5.893 × 108 cfu/gm, all treatments cleared positive effect in increased growth markers, growth markers plant length, fresh weight of shot and root reached to(19.3)cm, (4.531)gm/plant, (1.840)gm/plant respectively in bacterial isolation suspension treatment when the same markers in water extraction of dry bulb A. sativum and chemical fungicide reached to(14.5, 14.7)cm,( 2.910,2.783) gm/plant, (1.414,1.253) gm/plant respectively whereas these markers were reduced in control treatment to(13.1)cm ,(1.941) ) gm/plant,(0.931) ) gm/plant respectively. |
