| (Abstract) Thanks to God and prayer on his the prophet (peace and pray of God upon him) and on his family, and companions and followed. It's Known that for all Muslims, the prophetic sunna has its great importance in this religion, It's the second source of legislations, bat because of the mistakes of followers on sunna, and the enemies intentions, Muslims started investigations about novels specially in confidence and memorization to distinguish which is belonged to the prophet (peace be upon him) from that which is not related to him. Therefore, the science of defamation and confidence was founded that concern this nation among others which is legislated from the Holy Quran and the sunna , the speech of men was started since the prophet (peace be upon him) era then in the companions era; the followers companions of Allah and his prophet (peace be upon him) or from the followers that have been brought up by the companions while in the followers of followers and those after them, the speech in narrators of confident and defamation has started to increase due to the gap between their era and the prophet era, where lies and mistakes increased in their novels. There for, the interest of Muslims started to be grater in this science and its development. So they put rules that have distinguished the truthful from the liar, they have also put the conditions that must be available to who is concerned to that subject in order to bring a fair judgment, and a right judiciary. Great Imams were excelled in this domain, but limited starting from the companions era and their followers and ending by the golden Al Thahbi, Al Iraqi and Ibn Hajar Noting that the classification in this art started in the third century of Hijra. The first Imam that have mentioned its rules and origins in the independent workbooks was Abu Baker Al Bazzar (God mercy him) in the book of (the knowledge of the speech abandon or acceptance). | ||
