| Is a comprehensive and integrated setup of the effectiveness of throw weight on in accordance with the scientific method is based on the choice of methods and the correct means of training is the basis of the success of the training and learning process, and effectively throw the weight as any of the games have a capacity of physical and motor own as well as its basic principles that rely on Mastery followers style best in the Training methods. Find the problem lies in the weakness of the upper explosive power of the parties to the research sample shape than twice the level of achievement. From here researcher resorted to the use of weightlifting workout exercises to develop explosive power of the Supreme parties and then to know its impact on the effectiveness of learning to throw the weight of the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method to students of the first phase in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science within familiarize athletics (the effectiveness of throw weight), and it was their number (38) students, who represent the research community (100%),. After a pre-test and then apply exercise using weights, and then a post-test, the results were treated statistically, the researcher concluded that the use of different weights weightlifting exercise positively affected the explosive power and learn the effectiveness of weight throw. So the researcher recommends attention in the events of athletics in general and throwing events in particular through the use of appropriate methods and techniques of training, as well as special interest in capacity to learn to throw weight before learning performance skills | ||
