Abstract
Research included five sections: The researcher in the door first presented and the importance of research and problem, goals and assumptions. The importance of our research in the light being knocked wide and uses multiple formats modern application in training concept pregnancy and researcher sees affecting the outcome of sports. The problem with research work in a modern way benefit the players lifting weights directly by finding intensity factor and through which gives us the best result severity required in addition to the enjoyment of the players the possibility of performance is the best in the sport of weightlifting. The study aimed to: - 1 - identify some physical measurements of pregnancy (intensity factor). 2 - to identify the effect of some measurements of the load on the achievement in lifting weights. The researcher within imposed by asking the following: -1 Is there some effect measurements values of the load on the achievement in the snatch. Have included theoretical studies on the regulation of pregnancy and coefficient intensity and achievement in the sport of weightlifting. Part III was used researcher experimental method and a sample of (6) players representing youth team Basra province to weight lifting researcher has used the homogeneity within the sample of eight as well as the means and instruments to collect information and devices and tools to complete your testing research with field procedures private nature of the test and then used the training program for (8) weeks after the end of the application program has conducted post-test on the sample in a variable of achievement in the snatch and to stand on the results of research, the treatment results statistically. The fourth section has included a presentation and discussion of results (variable achievement in the snatch) The fifth section was included on the main conclusions and that was the most important. 1 - showed the program prepared by the researcher using rationing pregnancy by factor intensity a significant improvement in the level of performance achievement. The recommendations was the most important. 1 - interest in the development of programs codified using equation researcher develop elevation jerk.
