| research goals: 1-The effect of special developing explosive using auxiliary device Alasmt strength exercises. 2-To identify the impact of these exercises to develop explosive power in the second draw stage. The most important conclusions: there is a marked evolution in explosive power to the stage of the second draw of the control and experimental groups. The researcher recommended: Adoption Alasmt device in training players in weightlifting for both Alrftin (kidnapping and jerk). | ||
