Abstract
A search on the following doors Included the first door on the definition of research and presented and the importance of research in that it deals with newly administratively subject became touches the essence of the work of educational institutions in Dahuk, while the problem of the research represented the following question: What is knowledge management and its impacts on learning from the viewpoint of faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of strategy Dohuk, the objectives of the research (based questionnaire to identify the knowledge management strategy in learning and change, creativity and innovation) the areas of research which is the human sphere the research sample (b faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Dohuk, and the field of spatial a Faculty of Physical Education - University of Dohuk temporal area of the period (15/8 / 2015-5 / 11/2015) and define the terminology (strategy and management of knowledge and learning, change and creativity and innovation). The second section is represented by (Part II theoretical studies and similar studies), the concept of knowledge management and the importance of knowledge management).
