| Abstract | ||
| This study included two categories of American soft wheat, Triticum aestivum L, and was carried out in the Department of plant, soil and climate, Utah State University, Logan, UT, USAin 2014 in order to produce pure vegetable lines genetically "with similar Jenny alleles of the father and of the legacy and the genetic base for the same product was identical pattern and an atomic one (Father). Planted studied varieties in Petri dishes Petri dish for the purpose of preparing the study of chromosomal somatic cells generated (Almrstimih) the parties to the roots Root Tip, as sex cells of male planted (illiteracy cells to pollen) Pollen Mother Cells (PMCs) for these varieties among food Media to avoid the process of non-growth and the death of these cells to form individual Haploid plants, then these plants were treated with three concentrations of a substance Colchicine is 1% and 2% and 4% for three periods Ale_mer are 10, 20 and 40 hours for the purpose of obtaining bilateral plants Group chromosomal Diploid. Results studied varieties showed it was stable genetically, "and the same group (set up) a complete chromosomal (2n = 42) In the case of doubling real systemic Euploid 6X, either plants individual Group chromosomal (n) was in the form = 3X n = 21 chromosome. Results of a study of 500 cell of the parties to the roots of individual plants and solution textured Colchicine for the variety Triticum aestivum promonbry were single cells and cells bilateral and Gay chromosomal is 477: 8:15 cell at a concentration of 1% showed and for a period Ale_mer 10 hours, respectively, and 422: 30: 48 cells at a concentration of 2 Ale_mer% for a period of 20 hours in a row and 61: 2: 437 cell in the concentration of 4% for a period of 40 hours Ale_mer respectively.
