Abstract
When sites of new communication occurs which represents the merit of the development of communication technology which is characterized by the services of ( facebook-twiter-corapora-youtube-mass space-friendster-flicker-willnecked in addition to the direct services for viber-whatsup-telgram-and chat on) play important role in changing the infrastructure of Arabic societies which are consideredas closed and not changeable societies during near period and the significance of this study comes from the importounce of this subject which is considered as anew trend of the age on the field of media and public response and acceptance inspite of what is known about Arabic society-it doesn’t accept change-this occurance is associated with terms need to be determined such as new media alternative media journalist citizen –degital citizen and electronic digital communication through internet internet becomes as arole in shaping the publicopinion and determiningtrends and this study is summarized with the following basic question (what is the nture of societal changes thatdegital technology made in the Arabic societies ) (what are the techniques of this change ?) where they centred ?are they in the communicative message or in the nature of means that deals with population as individuals and communities ?)the present study takes habermas geneval field theroyas a starting point to discuss its axises since the theory of geneval field is the circuit of discussion in which arguments opinion and attitudes toward issues concerning people take place Aiso it is observed that intevnet with what it provides from services of social wide webs is the most effective in the level of political and social activity in the arab societies than other traditional means of communication,moreover there isn’t any comparison made between traditional means and digital and modern ones since they provide the element of interaction that traditional means lack
