| Directorate of physical Education-Ministry of Education Assist prof SihamHamoodSabit-first instructor specialist supervisor-Directorate of Education in Basrah 36 مجلة الریاضة المعاصرة المجلد 15 العدد 3 عام 2016 Assist prof Khelood Hameed Abbas -Senior instructor- instate of preparing she/ teachers- Directorate of Education/ Baghdad-Karkh/2 The research problem has crystalized in the following question( what is the role of the transformational leadership in improving the activity of sport teachers in schools of Basra province), and the research objective is to identify the degree of practicing the transformational leadership for she/ teachers to improve sport teachers' activity of the province schools. As for the research scopes where the human scope represented by she/ teachers practices in schools of Basra province and the special scope in the hall of Al-ashar secondary school and the time scope for the period from(1/12/2014) to (24/3/2015( As for the research approach where the descriptive approach was chosen of the survey method, as for the study sample is the same of community of the study amounted 163 she/ teachers The researcher has reached to important results appeared via application the research instrument( the questionnaire) on the research sample. The conclusion included the necessity of promoting the terms of choosing the headmaster and evaluation the nominee's sessions before appointing them then arrange attest for them then nominating those passed the test to focus on developing the transformational leaders in the school and to take interest to develop their skills to assist them to make clear vision of the transformation and its motives, processes and results and after that they seek to translate and crystalize them into practical implementation applicable | ||
