| It summarized the importance of research through knowledge of some of the physical abilities and mental processes that have an important role in the performance of players Taekwondo, has been the goal of research to prepare exercises quality to develop some of the physical abilities and mental processes adapted to the capabilities of the research sample, as well as to identify the impact of those exercises in some of the physical abilities and mental processes Taekwondo players, and I assumed that there are significant differences between before and after the tests of mental and physical processes in some capacity for the research sample differences.
