Abstract
Th present study aimed to isolation and diagnosis of Vibrio cholerae bacteria from the Euphrates River water samples at the confluence sewage treatment plant influent, the study took six months from August2015 until January 2016 . the study focus on the pathogenic bacteria with effects on human health and causing for cases of severe diarrhea and water is a way to transition also studied some chemical and biological factors such as chemical oxygen demand COD and biological oxygen requirement BOD
