| This research aims to identify the reality of football Syrian from the standpoint of their employees and to identify indicators of change and development by identifying the pros and cons. The research sample included a group of members and members of the Football Association and many of the committee members, staff and administrators of the Union's Executive Office of the General Sports Federation (81) per person. The researcher recommends 1.
