| The research consist of five chapters: Turning researcher in the introduction to the topic of sports training as the profession of the most difficult areas in human life, The views of the teachers have distinctly different for the adoption of all of them on assumptions and conclusions by virtue of the expertise in the games management, The problem of the research has focused on many of the coaches who have extensive experience in the training work and people with advanced degrees are failing in one game management and we see the opposite when others, Hence the research problem, hoping detection expertise of our trainers employed by the scientific level and their relationship with the management of the games, The objectives of the research design was a measure of management games and learn about the differences in the management of the games according to the experience of training and scientific level.
