ملخص البحث
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير جلسات التفريغ الانفعالي على تخفيف الضغوط النفسية على لاعبي كرة القدم بعد تعرضهم للإصابة الرياضية ، أما مشكلة البحث فإنها تتجسد في حجم تلك الضغوط التي يتعرض لها لاعبي كرة القدم من جراء الإصابات الرياضية التي قد تهدد مستقبله الرياضي ، بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (12) لاعباً مصاباً قسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة ، استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي ، بعدها تم التدخل العلاجي على المجموعة التجريبية فيما تركت المجموعة الضابطة , واستنتج الباحثون أن جلسات التفريغ النفسي لها أثر فعال في تخفيف الضغوط النفسية لدى لاعبوا كرة القدم المصابين وأيضا هناك تفاعلا واضحا من قبل لاعبو كرة القدم المصابين مع جلسات التفريغ النفسي كونها ظاهرة علمية جديدة .
