Abstract
ABSTRACT The present study focuses upon Rogue [Bloodthirsty] State Organization in Iraq and Al-Sham to show the ideology of the tripolitical policy that holds Takfirizing –discrediting- ,fighting and exploiting the thought of religion to gain authority ,Khalafa,such ideologizes the sacred religion to gain mundane intension dominating the authority at all savage means ,as it is so called cruelty managing . Such a rejected circumstance appears since the chaotic and fighting movements rose into surface, such as Khawarj and its fighting Salafi tails, with viewpoints pertinent to dogmatism takfirizing both the Muslim Society and the pacific under certain religious means. That is why such an ideology casts us into controversy as they never represent Islam nor humanity; it is considered as renegading the sacred religion by legal and proving evidences, so those who deal with them materialistically or doctrinally desires to use them as foreign positive political ideology to implement certain projects fraught with international and regional conflicts; the human mind and the sacred religion the discrediting and fighting policy rejects. Thereupon it is to recommend in the current study in light of the trihindrance the national state of Iraq confronts; takfirizing , fighting and Khalafa that it is to resume erecting our national state in Iraq and cope with the terrorist danger, that is why it is necessary to take hold of the three buttresses: military buttress, political buttress and cultural buttress.
