| ABSTRACT Arabic heritage endures confusion in the orbit of etymology whose hindrances emanate from ambiguity, misconception, diversity in particular. Thus interpretation shackled with such confusion, definitely it is in the heart of text particularity and what attention there should be; expression types of affixation. There surges a controversy over the affixation in the Glorious Quran under the pretext that the Quranic context surpasses hyperbole and litotes; the interpreters and grammarians resort into decorating it with various expression forms. The Basraians regard it as hyperbole and litotes, the Kufians as a relation, Alaloosi does his best in calling it concurrent with other traditional grammarians and Saif Al-Kate takes a path, due to certain sources, in calling it. Why is Saif Al-Khateeb? Where does he employ it? From whom does he borrow? Why does he take seizure of it? | ||
