| ABSTRACT The concept of citizenship is considered as modern and comes onto the scene with the advent of countries formation and their independence as realistic states the civilized communications urge. However it is the result of the realistic experience man depends upon beyond the divine concept of the human assembling that specifies the divine religions as they give importance to the collective union dependent upon principles and mutual divine doctrines.
