| ABSTRACT The present study is a focus on certain historical and modern narratives the Islamic categorized sources use in explicating the argumentation of Sayadat. Fatima Al-Zahrah with the first caliph during the first generation of the companions in general and the migrated in particular just to remind the nation of what the prophet decrees after he slumbered. Yet the nation gives slip to his will and runs inimicality; the scepter was the first of their dissension, beside the contrition of the caliph for not inquiring the prophet about such an issue. The research paper endeavours to manipulate the Quranic Ayats and the prophetic speeches Al-Zahrah employs, in time the nation summons the ground states of the tribe heads and the tribal priority and twists the text; it is a controversy of the nation struggle up till now. | ||
