| Abstract | ||
| This research deals with the notes of the Umayyad caliphs on official letters and people petitions. The importance of signatures lies in carrying many purposes centered on the reform of the society, the consolidation of security and order, fight against corruption, consider the complaints of citizens, and to call for justice and fairness which this study focused upon to clarify implications, administrative, economic, social and political signatures in the Umayyad caliphs, showing their opinions and attitudes of the issues presented to them and the decisions مجمة جامػػػعة تكريت لمعمو الانسانية المجمد) (ٕٕ العدد) (ٗ شواؿ – تموز ٕ٘ٔٓ they took. In addition , those notes are as one of the sources of history by which one can stand on the nature of the state administration in the Umayyad period (41-132 AH / 661. 750 AD) and its policy. | ||
