| Abstract | ||
| 1. The Muslims had been built cities which were shining full of prosperity that had an effect for building good civilization and Islamic culture one of these cities was wasit and it`s mosque had agreat rank in progressing the religion sciences and effect of building new schools had been increased the progress of that city ,there are many scholars had been growing up there and some of them became teaching in Baghdad school as Al nidhamya and mustanserya 2. this research dealt with scholars of Wasit effect in studying juristic sciences in these two schools on seventh century 3. one of these greatest scholars Al nidhamya school in Baghdad was from Wasit Sulaiman Al-wastti (606h) 4. one of these greatest scholars in Al- mustanserya school was from Wasit Abdulrahman bin Aaqeel bin Al-hussain , Abo AL-maaali AL-wastti(639h) | ||
