| Abstract | ||
| The Creative Chaos Theory which embodied the US foreign policy in the Middle East since the beginning of the second millennium has not been the cause of the destruction of some countries in the region, as some believe, so we cannot be attributed the disintegration of Iraq and devote the chaos after 2003 to the American creative chaos theory insofar as the Iraqi political forces and parties has a direct cause of the disintegration of the state and the consecration of chaos and politicization of institutions, due to their political rivalries and incompatibility among them, and so it causing a sectarian war and political conflict, which it cause later on spreading chaos and the dismantling of internal and external structure of the Iraqi state. And then, the sectarianism, and quotas, and the absence of the Constitution and the law, weakening the military establishment, and forming armed factions which working for outside, is the outcome of the Iraqi political forces conflict, then the chaos and the dismantling of the state is the natural result of that conflict. | ||
