| ABSTRACT The current research paper tackles the promise theory of seid. Alkhuae (May Allah bless him), paves the way to certain linguistic loci of the fundamentalists, manifests the fact of the circumstance for them, manipulates the theory and endeavours to cull the essence of the linguistic research. Provided that the language is a social phenomenon, comes in line with the system theory of `Abidalqahir Aljareani and runs in harmony with the requirements of the linguistic performance and the term of circumstance certain grammarians mention. However, the study stirs some controversial issues of the theory and concludes that such a theory is the most harmonious with the linguistic research or rather the nearest one. | ||
