| Abstract | ||
| When considering clarified about the most important approaches that lean upon the elements of any particular country found its image is based on traditional military factor, it is the first criterion for measuring the elements of the power of states and thus their ability down to the role and status in the international system. However, it is no longer a military righting this traditional image, especially with the entry of nuclear and biological weapons, as it has become in the forefront of deterrence strategies, which if breached in the pillar of its rules, it will lead to a disaster cannot be described or compared to what happened in the two world wars. Indeed, the technological factor has become a fundamental pillar in all elements of the military and economic state. | ||
