Abstract
After the completion of investigation manuscript became clear to me as follows:
First: the approach the author adopted in his message on what he wrote Khatib Sherbini on the issue of the rule of peace, so the short those provisions according to what is prescribed in the books Shafi'i, and did not get out from the style-Sherbini, where did not address the issues of disagreement in other doctrines and faces the other touched it jurists in their books, it is a shortcut summary, without prejudice to the mentioned Sherbini with a simple change in some words, and through my review of what was written Sherbini on the issue in his book (singer needy).
