| Abstract | ||
| The rules of jurisprudence recurrens origin toTHE HOLLY QUR-AN and SUNA or longer consensus sources it is based in the elicitation, but the rules that are not based on THE HOLLY QUR-AN or SUNA and consensus, it is not as well as it is not based on any of the elicitation. The jurisprudential rules and in particular the basic rules are like theories as a jurisprudential interference in most aspects of Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic law, and that preceded the positive legislation and came to these rules and theories of the past four centuries. The jurisprudence rules are a very important role in facilitating the Fiqh, and it saves the branches the scattered tuned and organized under the ranks of the organization are few in number easy to remember long forgotten. | ||
