| Abstract | ||
| 1. The study has shown the possibility of the library, reconsider methods of providing services to beneficiaries using an automated index that helps to simplify procedures, including the use of available resources and in a form that works to attract beneficiaries. 2. there is a clear awareness of library management and staff towards the adoption of a new system and the introduction of new information services using an automated index will help attract the largest possible number of beneficiaries. Mean has likely reached (2.69) and the total weight percentage rate (53%) were from the perspective of the beneficiaries in the library, which refers to the realization of this library of the importance of having a clear study of the steps applied | ||
