| . It missed the term (protection) in the books of scholars in their search for matters of jihad and fighting, but received expressions indicate the meaning of the protection of the killings during the war, such as their saying "It is not permissible to kill him" or "of preventing the killing" or "from the deprived to kill him." 2. The term of protection in public international law has wide implications in peace and war, and that in the course of armed conflicts shows gloss broader than just the lack of murder but includes other rights to the protected. 3. originally in the law is to protect the souls, conservation and maintenance of the damage and assault, and this originally fixed in peace and war time. 4. What follows legality of fighting in the canon of the damage for souls is unlike the original, it is permissible for there to be corrupting and damaging about religion | ||
