| Abstract | ||
| 1. What is dating the people in overthrowing the legitimate housing and replace it with room amid parents shared benefits and do not have a separate section and the closure is such as custom corrupt because it is in fact contrary to the text of the street and basic rules, add to it brings harm to the wife and marital life, these things collectively that available in custom knew that was the norm in the perspective of corrupt Shara. 2.
