| Research Summary The Islamic jurisprudence was not one day Away from the texts of the Quran and Sunnah and famed wrote narratives woven from the minds of men and reasoning,This form of blogging may be understood as an error that these sources pay jurisprudence student to take him away from the texts of the Quran and Sunnah, This research came to shows that jurisprudence taken from these texts as the Incidents of Islamic jurisprudence was the reason for the descent of many quranic verses , These incidents told by healthier books after the Book of Allah namely Bukhari which is unmistakably for doubt and suspicion, it turns out that the sources and references jurisprudential that filled texts leaves are the result of the provisions of the Quran and Sunnah. | ||
