| Abstract | ||
| The process of supervising on researches and theses of multi-sided and interrelated elements , those which are not easy to separate the components . For instance , the supervision on higher studies researcher , is not just a routine job done by any admin or college faculty member , but it is a work of art , educational consultant , and coordination which is done by admin practitioner of scientific research to help researchers to possess skill in scientific research , thus, the of current study aims at knowing the reality of scientific supervision and what it is in the College of Education for Women / Tikrit University from the students view points, as well as the current study includes many suggestions and recommendations " as development insights " to what the supervision should be. The sample of the current study consists of (91) students of higher studies in the College of Education for Women / Tikrit University , the researcher uses a survey of three areas , includes a number of items that have been developed in the light of the analysis of the academic supervisors duties in this area , the researcher uses statisticals program (SPSS) in the extraction results which showed the following : 1. Higher studies students in the College of Education for Women / Tikrit University believe the reality of the scientific supervision is generally good 2. There are no significant differences at the level of the significance (0.05) among the views of higher studies students by scientific supervision in College of Education for Women / Tikrit University depending on the variable sex. 3. There are no significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among the higher studies students by scientific supervision in College of Education for Women / Tikrit University depending on the variable of specification. | ||
