| Abstract | ||
| As a result of the development of the events , Sharif Hussein bin Ali ( Sharif of Mecca ) has encompassed the circumstances of the world war I and declared his revolution against Ottoman Empire in 1916 . The Iraqi officers joined with the revolution especially who believes with the idea of Arabic nationalism and unity of Arabs . They fought with Arabs against the Ottoman's Army and the dismissed them from Hijaz and freed Damascus in 1918 with the help of alliances . It has been a political revolution for the Iraqi officers with the military operation that represent their political situations of the unity of Arab Gulf and Yemen . Then , their situation from " Sykes – Picot Agreement " and " Balfour Declaration in 1917 " . They stop fighting till Britain and Sharif Hussein reassured them that these agreements were before the declaration of the revolution and they are such a neglected one and Britain will keep their promises for Sharif Hussein to establish a unified Arabic state ruled by Sharif Hussein . They Iraqi officers continued with their political revolution after free Syria in three directions: the first one towards Syria and establish Arabic government under the of Faisal . Most of the political and military incumbencies all in the hands of Iraqi officers . The other directions is towards the Arabic issue in " Paris Peace Conference " in 1919 . Nori Sa'eed entered the conference as an assistant or counsellor for the prince Faisal . The third direction was towards the Iraqi issue and their political revolution for the in dependence of Iraq . Britain refused to give Iraq its independence and this led to make the Iraqi officers call the political Iraqi parties in Iraq and with the national and religious characters for unifying the Iraqis to ask for Iraqi independence when these attempts didn't benefit , they decided to support their political revolution with military operations in Deir ez-zur towards Iraq and they attacked Tal Afar and then Mosel and reinforce " The Great Iraqi Revolution " ( 1920 Iraqi Revolt ) . | ||
