| Abstract | ||
| As a result of the changes that happened at the international level after the collapse of the socialist experiment at the soviet union (the former) new changes appeared and emerged at the international level. International powers started to change its weapons from military weapons to ideological weapons and the idea of unification of the culture around the world. by dissolving one united culture providing and dominating it around the world and the only way for this cultural unification was the usage of globalization with all its branches, one of globalization branches is cultural globalization. In the middle of these changes and its dangerous on the security and the identity of societies around the world, the Iraqi cultural security represents a strategic necessity to guarantee the strong, independent and united stability of the Iraqi identity and that Iraq is suffering from a crises of cultural security like many other countries in the Arab land because it received many threatens from many sources, its target is to isolate Iraq from its original culture using anti-culture to take Iraq out of its original roots and throw it in a crossroad. in addition to the previous, Iraq cultural construction is suffering from weakness and shortage in all its domains. Because we are living in the century of cultural conflicts and ideological struggle and the factories of production of ambiguous ideas that is constructed by ambiguous foundations and organizations which are managed by unknown personality and belonging people or they are covering behind misleading frontages and masks. For the importance of this subject and this phenomenon in the society and its affect upon it we found it necessary to search in this subject to stand on its causes and the expected effects of it on the Iraqi society. This research is divided into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion, the first section included the aspects of the cultural security and its importance and the second one is related to the source of cultural security and then a brief conclusion with the results of the study. | ||
